Parking at the Hotel

300 parking spaces are available at the underground car park, at the car park near the adjacent TV TOYA building and directly outside the hotel. The parking fee is 50 PLN for 24 hours or 5 PLN per hour. Guests can pay at the Reception Desk or at the self-service parking meters.

The official language of the Summit is English.

Currency

The currency in Poland is Zloty (PLN). 1 EUR = approximately 4.3 PLN.

Climate

The weather in Poland during the month of September can be quite unpredictable. To get the best out of your Polish experience it is important to include both an umbrella and sunglasses, necessary equipment all year long. Average temperature is 13°C (55°F).

Visa Requirements

Visa regulations depend on your nationality and country of origin. We suggest you contact your local consulate for official instructions on the specific visa regulations and application procedures that may apply to you. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa if required.

Official Letter of Invitation

Official letters of invitation designed to help overcome administrative difficulties in certain countries will be sent on request. It must be understood that such letters do not represent a commitment on the part of the Organising Committee or Forum to provide any financial assistance. Liability and Insurance

The Summit Secretariat and Organisers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.

Notice of Filming and Photography

Photographs and/or video will be taken at the event.

By taking part in this event you grant the event organizers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the group’s aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications.

Registration & Accommodation

​Safety and Security​

Please do not leave bags or suitcases unattended at any time, whether inside or outside the session halls. Hotels strongly recommend that you use their safety deposit boxes for your valuables.
