He engaged in many biotech projects – including the creation of recombinant proteins and vaccines. Sławomir Jaros has been associated with Mabion since late 2007 and his responsibilities include the development of technology and Mabion products.
In 2015, Sławomir Jaros was chosen as one of the 10 best among the youngest members of management boards in big companies listed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Investment Director, PFR Ventures sp. z o.oFrom the beginning of his professional career associated with the transaction market, he worked in private equity funds, has managerial experience in operating companies. In 1995-2000 he worked as an investment analyst at Enterprise Investors, the oldest private equity fund operating in Poland and Central Europe, then in 2000-2011 at Advent International, one of the leading global private equity funds, as a director. He participated in a number of transactions in various sectors (including Radio Zet, Bolix, Slag Recycling, WSiP, Polish-American Heart Clinics), on the private and public market, he also represented the interests of funds in supervisory boards. In the years 2012-2019 as the director of strategic projects at WSiP, a leading provider and educational services, and at the same time a member of the management board of the subsidiary, Zielona Sowa, coordinated the development and implementation of strategies in the field of digitization and expansion of the segment of products and services on the non-school market. He carried out a number of acquisitions of companies or product portfolios (including the largest networks of language schools Profi-Lingua and Empik School) and operational integration of acquired businesses, implemented strategic partnerships with global companies (including Pearson and Disney), as well as oversaw the development new activities within the group.
He graduated in 1996 in finance and banking from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Warsaw and is a graduate of the combined Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA, New York) and the University of Warsaw.

In this capacity Ms. Szalóki deals with public affairs as well as PR tasks of EIT Health Innostars. Besides representing EIT Health Innostars and developing (RIS) regions towards third parties, she is working on the creating of sustainable financing scheme for the community and interconnection of financial resources.
In her previous roles coming from the field of diplomacy, she had been working with European Union affairs for more than 15 years. This period included Hungary joining the European Union and also the very first Hungarian EU Presidency. She served as the Head of the Permanent Representation to the EU of the Hungarian National Assembly in Brussels and for more than a decade she has been supporting the enhancement of EU related activities of various legislative bodies in the Western Balkan region.
Her passion connects healthcare and medical issues with EU in order to provide channel for European healthcare innovators to show the best of their knowledge to the world.
